Pomodoro
Study Method
The Pomodoro study method is a time-management technique that uses a timer to break tasks into focused 25-minute intervals called "Pomodoros," seperated by short 5-minute breaks. After completing four Pomodoros, a longer 15-30 minute break is taken. This method helps improve focus, reduce procrastination, and prevent burnout by creating manageable work sessions and frequent rest periods.
The Pomodoro method is particularly useful for students with ADHD as it: Provides short, structured study sessions so you don't have to focus for too long. Encourages regular breaks to avoid burnout and overwhelm.
